1 pound of brisket, cooked and shredded
2 jalapenos, chopped (remove seeds for a milder flavor)
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups beef broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 teaspoons dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 pie crusts (homemade or store-bought)
