Ingredients:

2 medium-sized squash (like spaghetti or butternut)
200g ground beef
100g mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 medium tomato, diced
Fresh basil for garnish
Salt and pepper to taste
Drizzle of creamy garlic sauce
Instructions:

Prepare the Squash: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds. Place on a baking sheet, cut-side up.

Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Mix in diced tomatoes.

Stuff the Squash: Spoon the cooked beef and tomato mixture into the hollowed-out squash halves. Sprinkle generously with shredded mozzarella cheese.
