Ingredients:
For the Cake:
5 eggs
A pinch of salt
8g (1 tsp) vanilla sugar
150g (3/4 cup) sugar
120g (3/4 cup) flour
30g (2.5 tbsp) cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
50g (1/5 cup) boiling water
Baking mold 28×18 cm
For the Caramel:
200g (1 cup) sugar
120g (0.6 cup) hot cream (33% fat)
50g (2 tbsp) butter
For the Cream:
200g (1 cup) heavy cream (33% fat)
600g (2.5 cups) cream cheese
For the Chocolate Layer:
120g chocolate
60g (2.5 tbsp) butter
