1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes (do not drain)
1 (10.75-ounce) can condensed tomato soup
1/2 cup water
2 cups uncooked pasta (elbow macaroni or small shells work well)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
