Bacon-Wrapped Cheddar Meatballs

Prepare the Meatballs:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Form and Stuff the Meatballs:

Bake the Meatballs:

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the meatballs are cooked through.
Add Cheddar and Finish Baking:

Remove the meatballs from the oven and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
Serve:

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
