Blueberry Cheesecake Rolls

Prepare the Cheesecake Mixture:

In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
Set aside.
Assemble the Rolls:

On a clean surface, lay out a sheet of plastic wrap.
In a small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter to make the graham cracker mixture.
Spread a thin layer of the graham cracker mixture onto the plastic wrap.
Evenly spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the graham cracker layer.
Add the blueberry pie filling, distributing it evenly over the cream cheese layer.
Carefully roll up the mixture using the plastic wrap to form a tight roll.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
Add the Topping:

Before serving, slice the rolls into pieces and place them on a serving dish.
Top each slice with whipped cream, a spoonful of blueberry sauce, and a drizzle of white chocolate.
