Blueberry Cheesecake Rolls

1. Prepare the Cheesecake Mixture:

In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined. Set aside.
2. Assemble the Rolls:

On a clean surface, lay out a sheet of plastic wrap.
Mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until it forms a crumbly texture. Spread a thin layer of this mixture on the plastic wrap.
Evenly spread the prepared cream cheese mixture on top of the graham cracker layer.
Add the blueberry pie filling, distributing it evenly over the cream cheese mixture.
Carefully roll up the mixture using the plastic wrap to form a tight roll.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
3. Add the Topping:

Before serving, slice the rolls into pieces and place them on a serving dish.
Top with whipped cream, blueberry sauce, and a drizzle of white chocolate.
