BUTTER CAKE RECIPE

◾Preheat the oven to 180°c and place the paper cups in the shortbread mold.
◾In a container, place the flour and baking powder, then reserve it.
◾In another container, beat the sugar and the eggs until all the sugar has completely dissolved.
◾Proceed to add the milk, the vanilla/orange zest and thoroughly mix together.
◾Add oil gradually and slowly, while you mix until you achieve a uniform and homogeneous mixture.
◾To this mixture, add the flour mixture along with ½ teaspoon of salt.
Keep mixing, but not as much
◾Then let it rest for about 15 minutes.
◾Pour the batter to the mold that you already have ready.
◾Bake for 20 minutes in the oven.
◾Let them cool for a couple of minutes and they are ready to be eaten.
