Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season the salmon fillets with 1/2 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Place the salmon fillets in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil.
Season the shrimp with the remaining 1/2 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning.
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the butter and garlic, and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Add the chicken broth, heavy cream, and lemon juice, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer.
Return the salmon and shrimp to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, spooning the sauce over the top.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
