Ingredients:
Carrot Cake:
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp ground cloves
3 large eggs
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 Tbsp oil (canola or vegetable)
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups shredded carrots
The BEST Cream Cheese Frosting:
8 oz cream cheese, cold
8 Tbsp (1/2 cup or 1 stick) butter, room temperature
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
