Cheesy Spinach-Artichoke Bagels

Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and ease cleanup.

Mix the Topping: In a large mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, chopped artichoke hearts, spinach, 2/3 cup of shredded mozzarella, Parmesan, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and crushed red pepper flakes. Season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Stir until everything is well combined.

Prepare the Bagels: Arrange the halved bagels, cut side up, on the prepared baking sheet. Spread the spinach-artichoke mixture evenly over each bagel half.

Add More Cheese: Sprinkle the remaining shredded mozzarella over each bagel half to ensure a cheesy, melty top layer.

Bake: Place the bagels in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until they are warmed through and the cheese is bubbly and melted. For a crispier finish, broil for an additional 1-2 minutes, watching carefully to prevent burning.

Garnish and Serve: Once baked, remove from the oven and garnish with extra chopped parsley and crushed red pepper flakes. Serve warm and enjoy the creamy, cheesy, and delicious bagels!
