Chicken and Potato Lasagna

In a pan over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté chopped onion and crushed garlic for 4 minutes.
Add the cooked chicken and tomato sauce, sautéing for an additional 3 minutes.
Incorporate the cream cheese, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley. Mix well.
Cut the potatoes into slices using a mandolin and soak them in water until ready to use.
In a greased medium-sized baking dish, layer the chicken mixture, potato slices, another layer of chicken mixture, and finally a layer of provolone cheese on top.
Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and serve your delicious chicken and potato lasagna. Enjoy!
