Chicken Cordon Bleu Meatloaf

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Gently fold in the diced ham and shredded Swiss cheese, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
Transfer the mixture into the prepared loaf pan, pressing it down evenly.
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top of the meatloaf.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the top is golden brown.
Let the meatloaf rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
