Cream Cheese and Bacon Stuffed Chicken Rolls

Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, and onion powder. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Stuff and Roll: Lay out the pounded chicken breasts. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each breast. Roll up tightly and secure with toothpicks.

Dredge and Bread: Set up a breading station with three plates: flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs. First, roll the chicken in flour, dip in egg, then coat thoroughly in breadcrumbs.

Fry to Perfection: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry each chicken roll until golden brown all around and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.

Serve: Remove toothpicks, slice into medallions, and arrange on a plate. Drizzle with hot sauce if desired and sprinkle with chopped parsley for garnish.
