Crockpot Cowboy Soup

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the ground beef until it’s browned. Drain off any extra grease.
Add the diced onion and garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 2-3 minutes until the onion is clear.
Transfer the beef mixture to a crockpot.
Stir in the diced tomatoes, all three types of beans, corn, diced tomatoes with chilies, green chilies, taco seasoning, and ranch dressing mix.
Pour the beef broth over the mixture, stirring to ensure everything is evenly mixed. Season with salt and pepper.
Cover and set the crockpot on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, depending on your schedule.
Serve the soup piping hot, topped with shredded cheese, sour cream, and green onions.
