Delicious orange and coconut cake!

Cut the orange into small pieces and remove the seeds from the lemon.
Place them in a blender.
Add the sugar and eggs. Mix well for 1 to 2 minutes.
Gradually add the oil and mix until clear and yellow (about 2 minutes).
Add the grated coconut and mix for 1 minute.
Gradually add the flour and baking powder, mixing well.
Butter and flour a baking dish.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC (356ºF) for 25 to 30 minutes.
Once cooked, let cool for 10 minutes.
Pour the lemon juice over the cake and let it cool completely to absorb the juice.
Decorate with grated coconut and lemon slices.
Ready to enjoy!
