Make a parsley dressing with the garlic and parsley.
Add the parsley and the doses of saffron or the packet of Paëla spices.
Add the pasta (add a little water during cooking if necessary).
At the end of cooking, add the peppers.
Then add the fish and shrimp.
Add the shelled mussels.
Decorate with the rest of the mussels.
Add lemon slices.
Chop a little parsley before serving.
