Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatloaves

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, minced garlic, beaten egg, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
Once combined, add the milk and mix until fully incorporated.
Shape the mixture into four mini loaves.
Place the loaves on a baking sheet and drizzle them with olive oil.
If desired, sprinkle the top of each loaf with mozzarella cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the meatloaves reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove from the oven and let the meatloaves rest for a few minutes before serving.
