Healthy Beef Fajita Rolls

Whisk all fajita seasoning ingredients in a small bowl.
Heat 1 tbsp. oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onions and peppers, season with half the fajita seasoning and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until crisp.
Remove the peppers and onions from the pan and set aside.
Place steak strips on a cutting board, sprinkle with remaining seasoning and garnish with peppers and onions. Roll up and secure with toothpicks.
Heat remaining oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook the beef rolls for about 2 minutes on each side until browned. Sprinkle with parsley/cilantro and green onions. Enjoy hot! 😋❤️
