Loaded Potato and Meatloaf Casserole

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan with nonstick spray.
Meatloaf Mixture:
In a large bowl, mix ground meat, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, egg, cottage cheese, and BBQ sauce. Spread evenly in the prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes.
Potato Mixture:
Boil diced potatoes until tender, then mash with butter. Mix in sour cream, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Layering:
After baking, drain excess grease from meatloaf. Spread mashed potatoes on top, then sprinkle with cheese and bacon.
Final Baking:
Bake for another 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and potatoes are heated through
