Mongolian Ground Beef Noodles

Cook linguine as per package instructions.
Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain excess fat.
Add garlic, soy sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, hoisin sauce, ginger, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1 minute.
Mix cornstarch with water, stir into skillet, and thicken sauce.
Combine with cooked noodles, toss to coat.
Garnish with green onions.
