One Pot Cheeseburger Macaroni

Brown the Beef: In a large pot, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until no longer pink. Add onion and garlic, cook until soft.
Add Liquids and Pasta: Stir in beef broth, diced tomatoes, paprika, mustard powder, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil. Add macaroni, stir well.
Simmer: Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10-12 minutes, until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.
Add Cheese: Remove pot from heat, stir in cheese and milk until melted and creamy.
Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
