Quick Yeast Rolls
In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
Add warm water and melted butter to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
Beat in the egg and gradually add the remaining 1 cup of flour until a soft dough forms.
Place the dough on a floured surface and knead gently for a few minutes.
Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into rolls.
Place the rolls on a greased baking sheet, cover them with a clean kitchen towel, and let them rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes, or until doubled in size.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Bake the rolls for 12-15 minutes, or until they turn a light golden brown.
Remove from the oven and, if desired, brush the tops with melted butter for a soft, shiny finish.
Serve the quick yeast rolls warm and enjoy!
