🔸 Remove the steak from the refrigerator at least 30 minutes before cooking to reach room temperature.
2️⃣ Seasoning:
🔸 Generously season both sides of the steak with salt and pepper.
3️⃣ Cooking:
🔸 Heat a frying pan. If cooking multiple steaks, use a large pan or multiple pans.
🔸 Cook the steak over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side, depending on thickness and desired doneness (50°C for rare, 60°C for medium, 70°C for well-done).
🔸 After turning the steak, add butter, thyme, and garlic, and baste the steak with the butter for 1 minute.
4. Resting:
🔸 Remove the steak from the pan and let it rest for 5 minutes to retain the juices.
5. Serving:
🔸 Slice the steak, season, and serve with your preferred sides and sauce.
