Sheet Pan Sausage and Peppers

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Slice the Italian sausage links into bite-sized pieces and place them on the prepared sheet pan.
In a large bowl, toss the sliced bell peppers and red onion with olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, basil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Spread the seasoned vegetables over the sheet pan with the sausage.
Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the sausage is cooked through and the vegetables are tender and slightly caramelized. Stir halfway through cooking for even browning.
Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve hot.
