Shepherd’s Pie Stuffed Baked Potatoes

Prepare Potatoes: Bake russet potatoes until tender.
Cook Filling: Sauté carrots, celery, onion, mushrooms, and ground lamb with seasonings, then simmer with beef broth.
Make Mashed Potatoes: Combine the scooped potato flesh with yogurt, butter, cheese, and some broth.
