Slow Cooker Chicken Breasts with Gravy

Prepare the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
Make the Gravy: In a bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, ranch dressing mix, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the chicken breasts.
Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
Serve: Shred the chicken in the slow cooker and stir to combine with the gravy. Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or with your favorite sides.
