Season the Steak:
Season the sirloin steak with salt, black pepper, and paprika.

Cook the Steak:
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and let it rest.

Prepare the Shrimp:
In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Cook the Shrimp:
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp and set them aside.

Make the Creamy Sauce:
In the same skillet, add the heavy cream, chicken broth, and Parmesan cheese. Stir well and cook until the sauce thickens slightly.

Combine and Finish:
Return the shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat them in the sauce. Cook for another 2 minutes until the shrimp are heated through.

Serve:
Slice the rested steak and serve it topped with the creamy shrimp and sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley.
