Sticky Pineapple Brown Sugar Glazed Ham

Ingredients:

2.5 lbs boneless, sliced ham (quarter ham)
1 (15 oz) can pineapple slices in juice, juice separated
½ cup packed dark brown sugar
¼ cup champagne vinegar
2 tbsp dijon mustard (coarse ground)
1 tbsp unsulphered molasses
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
1 tsp ground allspice
1 tsp hickory liquid smoke
2 tbsp cornstarch (mixed with ½ cup water for slurry)
