The Bacon Lasagna Burger

Prepare the Patties: Shape the ground beef into 4 equal patties. Cook these patties in a skillet set over medium heat until they reach your desired level of doneness.

Cheese Topping: Layer each patty first with marinara sauce, then with mozzarella, and finally a slice of provolone cheese. Continue cooking until all the cheeses have melted and are bubbly.

Burger Assembly: Spread ricotta cheese on the lower halves of each burger bun. Place a cooked patty on top of the ricotta layer, add a strip of bacon, and cap it with the top half of the bun.
