WHITE CHOCOLATE SALTED CARAMEL CHEESECAKE

Preheat oven to 350Β°F.
Mix crust ingredients, press into a springform pan.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
Stir in melted white chocolate and vanilla.
Pour over crust, bake for 50-60 minutes.
Cool completely.
For the sauce, cook sugar until amber, stir in butter and cream, add salt.
Pour sauce over cheesecake.
