Delicious orange and coconut cake!
Ingredients:
1 medium orange
1 lemon with fine zest
1 cup of sugar (200g)
2 medium eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil (120g)
3 tablespoons of grated coconut (20g)
About 1 and 3/4 cups all-purpose flour (180-200 g)
1 tablespoon of baking powder (16g)
Butter and flour to grease the mold (24 cm / 8.6 inches)
1 cup lemon juice (250 ml)
