1/2 cup shallots, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
4 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 oz lobster meat, chopped
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
1 tbsp unsalted butter
