**Ingredients:**
**For the Beef:**
– 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon cornstarch
– 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
**For the Lo Mein:**
– 8 oz lo mein noodles or spaghetti
– 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
– 1 onion, thinly sliced
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 cup sliced carrots
– 1 cup sliced bell peppers (red, green, or yellow)
– 1 cup broccoli florets
– 1 cup snow peas
– 1/4 cup soy sauce
– 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
– 1 teaspoon sesame oil
– 1/4 cup beef broth
– 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water (slurry)
– Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
– Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
