Cauliflower and Spinach Frittata with Yogurt and Dill Sauce

In a large bowl, whisk eggs.
Add cream cheese and baking powder to eggs and mix until smooth.
Fold in mozzarella cheese.
Toss and Bake:

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
Toss sautéed vegetables with egg mixture and pour into baking dish.
Bake for 20 minutes or until frittata is set and golden brown.
Make Yogurt-Dill Sauce:

In a small bowl, combine yogurt, finely chopped dill, lemon juice and salt.
Toss well and adjust seasoning to taste.
Serving Suggestions
Serve frittata warm, cut into wedges.
Drizzle or serve with Yogurt-Dill Sauce on the side.
