Pan-fried veal chop with rustic mustard sauce
Recipe
Ingredients:
1 nice veal chop, quite thick
1 tbsp. medium-strong mustard
1 tsp. white meat spice (a very fragrant, spicy but not spicy blend)
1 tsp. mustard seeds
2 tbsp. crème fraîche
1 small shallot, finely chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
Oil and butter for cooking
